The mansion overlooks Lake Washington and has some of the most expensive facilities. Being the home of the man who introduced the PC and the Windows OS to the world, smart technologies dominate in ways that can only be imagined to exist in fiction. Guests use GPS tracking pins that interact with sensors hidden throughout the house to accomplish different things. That makes it possible to take your favorite music and movies to different rooms without any interruptions. Speakers are hidden in the walls and so are many electrical systems and gadgets. The home is currently expected to be worth over US$150 million.
